1.1 Eligibility Window
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date shown on your sales receipt.
1.2 Eligible Merchandise

New‑in‑box appliances in unused, resalable condition.

Open‑box / scratch‑&‑dent appliances only if they have a functional defect that could not be detected at the time of pickup or delivery.
Non‑returnable: clearance items marked “AS‑IS,” accessories installed by the customer, and any product damaged after it leaves our store.
1.3 Return Procedure

Call 614‑943‑9878 or email info@appliances4lesscolumbus.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return the item to 1880 W Henderson Rd, Columbus OH 43220 with the original receipt, all accessories, and packaging.

Our technician will inspect the product on arrival.
1.4 Restocking & Delivery Fees

A 15 % restocking fee applies to all voluntary returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.).

Delivery fees are non‑refundable once the appliance has left our store.
1.5 Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Cash or check payments will be refunded by company check.
1.6 Warranty Claims
Most appliances include a 1‑year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer; we will assist with proof of purchase.
