3.2 Product Availability & Pricing

Inventory is limited and sold first‑come, first‑served. Prices are subject to change without notice until an item is reserved and the deposit accepted.

3.3 Order Process

• Online selections are reservations only. Payment is finalized in‑store or by phone.

• Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and the item returned to stock.

3.4 Payment Methods

We accept cash, debit, major credit cards, and certified checks in‑store. Online card processing is not available.

3.5 Delivery & Installation

Delivery is available within the Greater Columbus area for an additional fee quoted at checkout or over the phone. Installation services are not included unless specified in writing.

3.6 Returns, Refunds & Warranty

See our Return & Refund Policy for details. Manufacturer warranties apply where offered; scratch‑&‑dent items may have cosmetic blemishes that do not affect function.

3.7 Limitation of Liability
